Tom Kim finally returned to the PGA Tour winners’ circle at the Genesis Scottish Open on Sunday after a near three-year hiatus.
Kim has struggled desperately with his game over the past two years.
The 24-year-old has missed 17 cuts on the PGA Tour since the start of the 2024 season.
However, after his win at the Genesis Scottish Open, it’s fair to say that Tom Kim is finally back to his best.

Back in May, Scottie Scheffler predicted that Tom Kim would win again soon and the world number one has been proven right.
Now Kim can look ahead with real positivity once again.
His victory in Scotland this week was a really big statement and his game should be perfectly suited to the challenge that awaits at Royal Birkdale next week.
Tom Kim’s instant reaction as he wins the Genesis Scottish Open
The now four-time PGA Tour winner recorded a much-deserved win at The Renaissance Club on Sunday.
Kim responded when asked by Tim Barter on Sky Sports just how special his victory in Scotland was.
“This one’s uh, this one’s up there,“ he said.

“I played probably as good as I could have down the stretch, with, you know, with the pressure, and I executed when I needed to.
“I’m very proud of myself for just being calm out there, and just treating each shot the same out there, and the last putt, you know, I have hit similar putts like that a lot in my life in practice.
“I just told myself, it’s the same as at home, and no, this is awesome.
“My second shot on 16 might be one of the best shots I’ve hit in my career so far.“
Tom Kim explains how he has turned things around
Kim was asked how he managed to return to the winners’ circle having fallen outside of the top 150 in the world just six weeks ago.
“Just, you know, trying to get better each day, you know, obviously, I’ve had a tough couple years,“ Kim admitted.
“You know, I got to taste a lot of that humble pie, you know, I got to really learn about myself, and I’m still trying to grow.
“I’m still trying to learn, and I’ve still got a long way to go, but, um, this one, you know, is definitely up there.
“I want to dedicate it to the people that were in my corner the whole time, who struggled with me, and celebrated with me.
“So to a lot of people, I’d like to say thank you.“
