Tom Brady says the Denver Broncos have the tools to make a deep playoff run if Bo Nix can make a big change.

The Denver Broncos have hit form at just the right time, clinching the AFC West after sweeping the Kansas City Chiefs.

Their late-season surge hasn’t gone unnoticed, with Tom Brady among those taking note of the rookie quarterback’s steady rise and the team’s growing confidence.

Tom Brady says Bo Nix is key to Denver Broncos playoff run

Speaking on Fox Sports’ official YouTube channel, Tom Brady explained why he had the Denver Broncos in the #2 spot on his power rankings.

Brady highlighted how quickly Nix has settled in — and how his unflappable nature stands out. He also pointed to Denver’s balance on both sides of the ball as a major factor.

“Denver moves to number two after completing the sweep against Kansas City and putting a stamp on the AFC West crown.

“This team has all the tools to win in the playoffs if Bo Nix can elevate his game over the next few weeks. We’ve seen it before — and nobody wants to play the Broncos at Mile High with Sean Payton leading the charge.”

Bo Nix’s calm presence has reignited belief in Denver Broncos

Brady’s comments come as the Broncos have transformed into one of the league’s most dangerous teams.

Under Sean Payton, Denver has gone from a shaky start to a confident, physical side that looks capable of beating anyone in the AFC.

Nix’s calm decision-making has brought stability to a team that’s lacked it in recent years. Combined with a defense hitting its stride, it’s turned Denver into a legitimate playoff threat.

As Brady pointed out, postseason success often comes down to composure — and Nix is already showing plenty.

For a franchise that’s been searching for consistency since Peyton Manning retired, Denver may have finally found its next long-term answer at quarterback.
