Alderweireld is on vacation now, but the Tottenham and Belgium international defender is working hard to keep himself fit and in shape ahead of the new season.
The 32-year-old played for Belgium at Euro 2020 and will return to Spurs’ pre-season training after his holidays.
The veteran defender has posted the following photo and message on Twitter showing how he is keeping himself fit.

The Sun reported earlier this month that Spurs are willing to sell the Belgian star this summer.
The defender has told Tottenham that he wants to leave, and the North London club are willing to sell him for £25 million.
