Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Everton.

Spurs got the better of Everton 4-0 at the Wembley Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side were the better team from start to finish and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.

Son Heung-min, Harry Kane (two) and Christian Eriksen were the goalscorers for the North London outfit.

Alderweireld did not feature in the match as he has a hamstring injury, but the Tottenham defender was following the game.

The win against Everton means that Tottenham are now fifth in the Premier League table with 44 points from 23 matches, just three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.
