Nottingham Forest have signed Tobias Figueiredo on loan from Sporting Lisbon until the end of the season.
Tobias Figueiredo has confirmed that he is ready to make his Nottingham Forest debut at the weekend on Twitter.
Figueiredo posted a message saying that he was ‘ready’ on social media website.
And Forest fans are looking forward to seeing the January signing in action for the first time.
Figueiredo has joined Forest on loan from Sporting Lisbon until the end of the season, and Aitor Karanka will hope that his arrival could bring stability to his side’s defence.
The Reds have been in abject form at both ends of the pitch recently, and have lost their last four matches in succession.
Karanka’s side have let in seven goals in their last three outings, without scoring a goal in response, which has seen them slide down the Championship table.
Figueiredo is expected to come straight into Forest’s team, with Karanka’s side next match coming against bottom of the table Burton Albion tomorrow.
