Timothy Weah is heavily linked with a move to Celtic.

Timothy Weah to Celtic is a rumour that’s been dominating the transfer gossip in recent days and it might just have legs.
Brendan Rodgers steered clear of the speculation earlier this week after RMC Sport claimed that Celtic were set to sign the 18-year-old on a half-season loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
Weah is exactly what the Hoops need right now, with Odsonne Edouard – who joined from PSG last summer – representing Rodgers’s only available out-and-out striker for now.
But is it going to happen? According to the player himself, very possibly.
The youngster, son of AC Milan legend George Weah, posted a photo on his Instagram story which indicated that he was watching Celtic against Rangers in Saturday’s clash at Ibrox.
He added the caption: ‘Old Firm battle today’ on the photo.
It has to be considered a major hint that a transfer could be on the cards – unless of course he is completely oblivious to the rumours surrounding a move to Parkhead and merely wanted to inform his followers that he was watching the Old Firm, which seems unlikely.
New York-born Weah, who has also followed a number of Celtic players on Instagram, has eight caps for the United States, and one goal.
