Chalamet was caught on camera celebrating the win with a message that sounded more like a fan outside the arena than a Hollywood star.
“Two more to go, two more to go… Let’s go, baby. Let’s go, Knicks.”
His connection to the team goes back years. Resurfaced 2010 proof showed a teenage Chalamet winning Knicks tickets by answering trivia from Landry Fields and Andy Rautins, long before he became a celebrity-row regular.
He was not alone in San Antonio. Ben Stiller, Fat Joe, Billy Baldwin, Spike Lee, Walt Frazier, Allan Houston, Chris Tucker, and James Goldstein were all part of the Game 2 scene, while Stiller was seen filming warmups.
The result made it even bigger. New York has not hosted an NBA Finals game since 1999, and now the Knicks are two wins from ending a 53-year drought.

The Spurs still have Victor Wembanyama, who scored 29 in Game 2 and missed a potential winner at the buzzer. But the Knicks have control, home court, and a crowd that has waited half a century for this.
