Tottenham Hotspur should consider a move for the RB Leipzig hitman this month.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino will surely be keen to bolster his ranks this month, in an effort to inject some much needed freshness and energy into his squad ahead of the second half of the season.
One particular area where the Argentine will be looking to strengthen is his forward department, with more competition required for Harry Kane.
With this in mind, Spurs must go in for RB Leipzig ace Timo Werner this month.
The 22-year-old can play anywhere along the front-line, possesses pace in abundance and seems to have all of the attributes required to succeed under Pochettino’s regime at Tottenham.
Werner already has 23 international caps for Germany to his name, and his quality is beyond doubt.
The Leipzig ace would offer Pochettino something totally different in the final third, and he could make all the difference for Spurs over the next few years.
Werner is an accomplished finisher too.
He has bagged 127 goals in 263 career appearances, and he would really keep Harry Kane on his toes.
That isn’t to say that he couldn’t play alongside the England international, however.

The duo’s styles are so different that they could forge a wonderful partnership, and Tottenham must attempt to bring the German to north London in the summer.
Whether he will be out of their league financially is debatable, however.
Leipzig could be willing to sell Werner for €55 million (£49.8 million), according to Transfer Market Web, and if Spurs are serious about contending for major honours, they shouldn’t even blink at that price.
