Wolverhampton Wanderers should swoop in for the reportedly available Tottenham Hotspur full-back.
According to a report from the Independent, Tottenham are now willing to sell Danny Rose for a reduced fee of £35 million, and Wolves should not hesitate to swoop in for the England international.
The Black Country outfit sold Barry Douglas to Leeds United earlier this month, and despite the signing of Jonny Castro, Nuno Espirito Santo will surely still be keen to bolster his left-back options.
And Spurs ace Rose would be just the ticket for Wolves.
The 28-year-old’s playing style is perfectly suited to Nuno’s preferred 3-4-3 system, and he could really thrive playing under the Portuguese at Molineux.
Rose offers just as much of a threat going forward as he is solid defensively, and his arrival at Wolves would undoubtedly help take Nuno’s side to an entirely new level.
Whilst £35 million seems like a lot of money at first glance, in today’s market it actually represents decent value, and Wolves would not have a problem in finding the required funds to bring the Tottenham star to the club this summer.
Rose is at a stage in his career now here he will be looking to play regularly, and if Nuno can offer him that at Wolves, there is no reason why the 28-year-old would not be attracted to joining the Black Country club.
