West Ham United are linked with Marko Arnautovic recently.
West Ham United should have politely ended their interest in Marko Arnautovic after Stoke City rejected their £20 million bid, according to ESPN.
The same publication went on to claim that only a “large fee” would see the 28-year-old leave Stoke, and West Ham should move on.

While it’s true that many clubs are battling against the inflated rates of the modern transfer market, Arnautovic is not worth more than what the Irons have reportedly offered.
This is a player who has 17 goals and 16 assists in 95 Premier League games for the Potters. They are okay statistics, but are they brilliant?
A lot of West Ham fans would like him, but perhaps this is more a reflection of their frustration over a lack of arrivals more than it is about Arnautovic himself.
He would have looked like an underwhelming transfer target when rumours about Olivier Giroud and Javier Hernandez were in full swing.
Supporters should ask themselves whether Arnautovic, based on those statistics, is going to take West Ham to the next level? If not, the money they are reportedly willing to spend on him should be spent elsewhere.
He is a good player, but if the Hammers want to kick on as a team then good players just won’t cut it. They need excellence and they won’t find it in Arnautovic.
