Juan Foyth joined Tottenham Hotspur from Estudiantes in the summer transfer window.

Tottenham recruited Foyth from Argentine club Estudiantes for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £8 million.
The 19-year-old operates as a central defender and has arrived at Spurs with a strong reputation.

The Argentine Under-20 international is quite inexperienced as a first-team player at club level, but the teenager is supremely talented and has a lot of potential.
Foyth played for Argentina at the Under-20 World Cup in the summer and featured against eventual winners England in the group stage.
Vickery is one of the best and most well-known South American football experts in the world, and he has given his take on Foyth.
While Vickery has highlighted the teenage defender’s qualities, the Englishman has also pointed out that the youngster is not the quickest of players.

“He is quite classy, Foyth, but he is not the quickest,” Vickery said about Foyth on the Transfer Deadline Day show on BBC Radio 5live on Thursday evening (broadcast from 7pm, August 31, 2017).
“He does look classy, he looks intelligent, he looks comfortable in a back-four and a back-three, so you can see class and you can see potential there, but the thing that does worry me is I don’t think he is the quickest,” added Vickery about Foyth.
