Promotion race

Norwich are seven points clear at the top of the Championship table at the moment, and it does look like the Canaries will win automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.

The battle for the other promotion spot is between Sheffield United and Leeds, and it could go down to the wire, with just a point separating the two Yorkshire rivals at the moment.

As for Villa, Dean Smith’s side are currently fifth in the standings, and the Villans can certainly finish in the playoffs.
