Tim Sherwood said on Sky Sports News (2:33pm, October 24, 2020) that Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Son Heung-min can play for any team.

The former Tottenham manager has been impressed with the two Spurs attackers.

Sherwood said that Kane is the best number 10 and the best number 9 in the Premier League.

The Sky Sports pundit added that he thinks that South Korea international Son is an “underrated” footballer.

Sherwood said on Sky Sports News (2:33pm, October 24, 2020): “Son and Kane can play for anyone.”

The Englishman added: “He (Kane) is the best number 10 in the league, he is the best number 9 in the league. This kid plays for anyone.

“We are lucky as Englishmen to have him playing for us, but Son, underrated in my opinion. He seriously can play anywhere, he plays on the left, on the right, down the middle.”

World-class footballers

Kane and Son have been superb for Tottenham so far this season, with the England international striker scoring goals and creating chances, and the South Korea international terrorising the opposition defences.

According to WhoScored, Kane has scored five goals and provided seven assists in five Premier League games, while Son has scored seven goals and has given two assists in five league matches for Spurs this season.

For Tottenham to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season and perhaps even challenge for the title, the Englishman and the South Korean will have to be on top of their game throughout.
