Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Dele Alli has been in poor form of late.

Alli has been in poor form for Spurs in recent weeks, with the attacking midfielder looking well off the pace.
Alli has failed to provide any creative spark, as Spurs have struggled through their recent Premier League matches.
Tottenham have failed to win any of their last four domestic contests, with their latest match finishing as a 1-1 draw against Watford at Vicarage Road.

Mauricio Pochettino has so far shown great faith in Alli, and continued to start the England international.
However, Sherwood feels that Alli would have been treated far more ruthlessly, if he was at Chelsea or Manchester City.
Sherwood said: “Fortunately he’ll have a chance to get through it, as he’s got a manager who backs him. If he was at Chelsea or Manchester City, you’d never see him again.”

Alli has contributed seven goals and four assists in 18 matches for Spurs across all competitions this term.
However, the 21-year-old has not been at his sparkling best, and his place in Tottenham’s line-up is coming under threat.
Spurs are next in action in midweek, when they take on APOEL in Champions League action.
