Celtic should attempt some ambitious moves for three of West Ham United’s most exciting young players this summer.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers
The Hoops have been totally dominant on the domestic front this season, but in order to make genuine progress in Europe next term, it will be vital for Brendan Rodgers to strengthen his squad accordingly during the summer.
A main contributing factor behind Celtic’s success this season has been their smart player recruitment from 2016, with the likes of Scott Sinclair and Moussa Dembele proving to be wonderful acquisitions.
And Rodgers should consider dipping into the English market once again this summer, with so many young talents available and hungry, with a point to prove.
West Ham are a club in particular who are renowned for producing incredibly talented youngsters, and the Glasgow giants would do well to consider a move for these three bright young stars…
Reece Burke:
The 20-year-old has spent the season on loan with Championship side Wigan Athletic, and he has proven that he is well capable of playing at the highest level.
Full of energy, and technically superb, Burke would be a fantastic signing for Celtic. He is also incredibly versatile, and is proficient in playing both in the centre-back and right-back positions.
This could prove to be extremely useful with Mikael Lustig on the wrong side of 30, and the future of Jozo Simunovic at Parkhead far from certain.

Martin Samuelsen:
The 20-year-old Norwegian is incredibly talented, and would fit in with Rodgers’ footballing philosophy perfectly.
He has spent two separate spells away from the Hammers on loan with Blackburn Rovers and Peterborough United, dazzling with his vast array of skills.
He is undoubtedly a star in the making, so whilst a permanent move for Samuelson would seem unlikely, a loan move to the Hoops would surely suit all parties concerned.

Ashley Fletcher:
The 21-year-old centre-forward has struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular at the London Stadium, since making his move from Manchester United last summer.
He has so much to offer though, and would be ideal for Celtic. His skill-set would compliment Moussa Dembele perfectly, and the pair could strike up a formidable partnership.
He is quick off the mark for someone so big, and would be a nightmare to play against alongside the young Frenchman.
Fletcher would provide Celtic with a fantastic focal point from which to build their attacks, and he would definitely offer Brendan Rodgers a different option, should he wish to mix things up.
