West Brom have scored just 12 goals in 16 games this season.

West Bromwich Albion are in desperate need for reinforcement up front when the January transfer window opens.
No Albion player has scored more than two Premier League goals this season, and strikers Salomon Rondon, Hal Robson Kanu and Jay Rodriguez have netted just three times in all competitions between them. Those records must be improved if West Brom are to have any hopes of remaining in the Premier League.
Here are three forwards Alan Pardew should consider next month:
Richmond Boakye
Ghanaian forward Richmond Boakye has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League and the Hawthorns as reported in the Daily Mail.

The Red Star Belgrade striker has scored 41 goals in 2017 which include eight in this season’s UEFA Europa League (including qualifiers). The powerful marksman, who stands at six foot, has also scored six goals for his country. He’s a man in form and is also attracting interest from Newcastle United and Chelsea. He’s more of a mobile player compared to Rondon and Robson-Kanu and would add what’s been missing to West Brom.
Cedric Bakambu
Villarreal forward Cedric Bakambu would be a real coup for the Baggies. The Democratic Republic of Congo international has scored nine league goals so far this term, only Lionel Messi and Simone Zaza have scored more than him in La Liga. He has 12 in all competitions, equalling his total from last season already.

The Baggies, West Ham and Newcastle United are all trying to sign Bakambu according to TalkSport, with the forward valued around the £20m mark. Pardew isn’t afraid to spend big money on a household name. He paid a reported £27m to bring Christian Benteke to Crystal Palace in 2016.
Aleksandar Mitrovic
Aleksandar Mitrovic has not made a single start in the Premier League under Rafael Benitez. He’s scored just twice in his seven appearances in all competitions and the Serb wants to leave St James’ after his relationship has broken down with Benitez according to the Sun.
Aleksandar Mitrovic of Newcastle United reacts during the Premier League match between Newcastle United and Watford at St. James Park on November 25, 2017 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
Mitrovic could well be available for a decent fee and the fiery character would bring some much needed aggression to Albion’s toothless attack. The 23-year-old scored 28 goals in the 2014-15 season for Anderlecht and also scored nine for a Newcastle side that were relegated in 2015-16. He’s a player who needs an arm round the shoulder and that could spark him back into life.
