Rangers fans have seen plenty of young talent given a chance in recent months, with Ross McCrorie the pick of the bunch but others hot on his heels.

But the conveyor belt at Ibrox shows no sign of stopping and there will be another set of teenagers hopeful of making their breakthrough in 2018.

Here we take a look at three Rangers prospects who could have a big 12 months ahead of them.

Serge Atakayi

Of all the Rangers players yet to get a first-team chance, 18-year-old winger Serge Atakayi is arguably the mot exciting.

The Finland under-19 international has been making waves for the Gers’ academy sides this season and it would no surprise at all if he stepped up at some point in 2018 and proved he can make a difference at senior level.

Andrew Dallas

A centre forward who is equally comfortable on the left wing, 18-year-old Andrew Dallas is another one to watch at Ibrox.

He has impressed at under-18 level and is now featuring for the Gers’ under-20 side, even making the bench for last season’s league game against Partick Thistle.

Aidan Wilson

Centre-back Aidan Wilson has recently signed a new deal at Ibrox and big things are expected of him in time.

The 18-year-old has already featured twice for Rangers’ first-team and plenty more chances should come his way next year and beyond, with the youngster tipped to follow Ross McCrorie and become a regular in the Gers side of tomorrow.
