A three-pronged managerial solution to West Ham United’s current predicament will have supporters in stitches.

West Ham’s torrid start to the new Premier League season has left them hovering precariously above the relegation places on goal difference.
Just two wins from the first nine games has put Slaven Bilic under intense pressure.
The likes of Rafa Benitez, Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto Mancini have all been linked as potential replacements should Hammers co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold feel change is necessary.
Supporters have been voicing their opinions on radio phone-ins, forums and social media over who they want as manager following the humiliating 3-0 defeat at home to Brighton last time out.

But one fan in particular came up with an ingenious if implausible solution that will have his fellow supporters in stitches.
James Longman has hatched a plan for a three-pronged managerial team of former Hammers bosses Alan Pardew, Sam Allardyce and Avram Grant rotating for different elements of the season.
“Get in Pards till January, he always starts well and fades, then Big Sam till May,” Longman said on Twitter.
“Bring in Avram Grant for the cup games.”
For now it looks like Longman will have to wait to see that plan come to fruition.

That’s because Sullivan and Gold have reportedly given Bilic the next two games to save his job against Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup tonight and Crystal Palace at the weekend.
Grant actually continued his superb record in cup competitions during his disastrous tenure at West Ham.
Pardew has a reputation for winning in patches while Allardyce is often drafted in by clubs to save the day come what May.
