With the Manchester City youngster potentially available this summer, who should make a move?

According to a recent report from the Daily Mail, Manchester City are willing to loan out Patrick Roberts again this summer, this time with a Premier League club or foreign side his most likely destination following two years at Celtic.
Here we take a look at three English teams that should seriously consider the exciting 20-year-old:
West Bromwich Albion
Here at HITC, we ran a piece earlier this month suggesting Roberts would be a great temporary signing for West Brom, and the Baggies would certainly benefit from having an additional creative catalyst in their side.
Roberts has scored nine goals and provided 17 assists for Celtic so far this season and that kind of return would go down a storm at The Hawthorns.
West Brom manager Tony Pulis has impressed with his recent transfer activity and convincing Roberts to continue his development at the Baggies would be another feather in his cap.
West Brom will want to kick on next season and while permanent transfers are preferable, they will remember the success when they briefly had Romelu Lukaku on their books.

Everton
Sending Roberts to Everton would allow City to see what he can do when fighting for European football, with Ronald Koeman’s men expected to make a challenge for the top five next season.
The Toffees have plenty of money at their disposal but that does not mean they should overlook a temporary deal for a player who can operate on either wing, as an attacking midfielder and even as a striker if required.
Everton need additional goal threat to kick on and Roberts is the man to offer it.

West Ham United
West Ham have been over reliant on Michail Antonio and Manuel Lanzini for their creative spark following the departure of Dimitri Payet and when one or both are unavailable they struggle.
Roberts would offer West Ham something they often lack and playing for another side with such rich history will only help him improve further.
West Ham will be looking to significantly strengthen this summer and Roberts could be a short, sharp fix as they bid to put this season’s disappointments behind them.
