Should Mauricio Pochettino ring the changes tonight?
Tottenham Hotspur have a very winnable game against Hull City this evening, and will be looking to get back on track after a loss at Manchester United in the week.
Hull are in 19th place with just six points gained since the second weekend of the season, and Spurs will be tempted to rotate their squad as they are already in the midst of a very busy month of fixtures with plenty more to come.
Against United on Sunday, three big first team players were below par. One has already been ruled out through injury, and Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino could consider taking the other two out of the side.
Here is a look at the Argentine’s options…
Victor Wanyama
Tottenham’s Victor Wanyama during training
Kenyan international Victor Wanyama has been Tottenham’s only summer signing to make an impact so far, but his impact has begun to wane.
Eric Dier was kicking his heels on the bench on Sunday, and deserves a chance to feature after spending his season so far either on the sidelines or playing in defence.
The game against Hull is a good chance to shake it up and put Dier in the position where he excelled last season.
Moussa Dembele
Tottenham’s Mousa Dembele and Chelsea’s Pedro in action
Dembele was outstanding last season and has been often impressive when he has featured this season.
On Sunday the Belgian was below par by his usual high standards and Tottenham have no choice but to replace him, with the Evening Standard reporting he has been ruled out of the Hull game through injury.
Harry Winks would be one contender to come in, although Pochettino could opt to play Moussa Sissoko in central midfield rather than trying to fit him in out wide.
Heung-Min Son

Son impressed against Swansea two games ago and could make an impact here, but against Manchester United he was anonymous and was substituted with less than an hour gone.
Pochettino could decide this game is the right time to give a first Premier League start to summer signing Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
If Tottenham can get him up to speed and his confidence up, then he could become an important player for them over the festive period.
