We take a look at three players Tottenham Hotspur could sign from Glasgow sides Celtic and Rangers.

With Tottenham Hotspur making a habit of finding promising youngsters, and bringing them into their first-team, we take a look at three players from Scottish football who Mauricio Pochettino could look to bring to White Hart Lane in the summer.

Kieran Tierney

Tierney has become one of Scotland’s most promising youngsters in recent times, and is already playing a key role for Celtic.

The 19-year-old has been completely unfazed by every challenge thrown at him so far, and he has impressed in both European and domestic football.

Tierney would have a tough battle to win a place in Spurs’ squad at left-back, but his natural attacking instincts would make him perfectly suited to Mauricio Pochettino’s system.

Barrie McKay

Glasgow Rangers brightest young talent has been linked with a range of Premier League clubs already.

McKay appears to be ready to make a big impact, if he is to move away from Ibrox.

At Spurs he would likely be used as a covering option, but with his contract due to expire at the end of next season, he could turn out to be a bargain buy and a very shrewd investment.

Moussa Dembele

Tottenham have have missed the chance to land Dembele on the cheap, but he is the most talented player in Scotland.

If Spurs are looking for a striker to compete with Harry Kane, then the French youth international would surely be a bright addition.

Dembele has hit 32 goals for Celtic this season, and would arrive at White Hart Lane full of confidence – if Tottenham could persuade Brendan Rodgers to part ways with his star forward.
