Manuel Pellegrini has somewhat of a bloated squad at West Ham.

Manuel Pellegrini’s work in the summer window seems to paying off at West Ham United as the Hammers sit comfortably in mid table, but more need to be done if they are to break into the top six or seven places.
But in order to bring players in, Pellegrini should look to get rid of three high-earning stars that are offering little to his side.
Here are three examples of that, including two strikers that Hammers fans admire and despite in equal measure:
Reece Oxford
Completely out of the reckoning, young defender Oxford is said to be interesting Arsenal and Everton ahead of the Janaury window, according to the Mirror.
The Sun reported that the 20-year-old is of the belief that there has been bids worth £20million for his services, with former loan side Borussia Monchengladbach and even Manchester City apparently keen.

Andy Carroll
Only just returning from injury, target man Carroll is one of the club’s highest earners on a whopping £90,000 a week (Spotrac). His proneness to injury makes him an expensive luxury.
If the Hammers want to get rid of a player who is failing to live up to his wages, Carroll is the best example of that. Though he is effective when fit, he struggles to maintain that fitness and is injured more than he is available.

Javier Hernandez
A player West Ham need to keep, but selling the Mexican striker could prove a blessing in disguise, with Spotrac claiming he is the highest earner at the club on an enormous £140,000 a week.
He has scored four goals in 13 league games, and has the knack of providing a goal when one is needed most. But at such a high wage, West Ham must consider if he is worth keeping.
