Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers should look at Everton’s Kieran Dowell, Ezri Konsa and Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah as potential targets for the Gers.

Kieran Dowell of Nottingham Forest applauds fans following the Sky Bet Championship match between Nottingham Forest and Derby County at City Ground on March 11, 2018 in Nottingham, England.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard is in France at the moment, as he is scouting for players at the Toulon Tournament to bring to Ibrox in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.

It has been reported that the Liverpool legend, who was recently appointed as the Rangers manager, was at the game between Portugal and Japan Vitrolles on Thursday and also attended the match between Canada and Turkey.

Below we suggest three players at the Toulon Tournament that Rangers manager Gerrard should keep an eye on.

Kieran Dowell (Everton, England)

Kieran Dowell is a very promising and young attacking midfielder who did relatively well during his loan spell at Nottingham Forest from Everton this past season.

The 20-year-old England Under-21 international, who earns £260,000 per week as salary according to Spotrac.com, scored nine goals and provided four assists in 31 Championship starts for Forest during the 2017-18 campaign. The youngster would be a good loan signing for Rangers next season.

Ezri Konsa of Charlton battles for possession with Jon Nolan of Shrewsbury Town during the Sky Bet League One Play Off Semi Final First Leg match between Charlton Athletic and Shrewsbury...

Ezri Konsa (Charlton Athletic, England)

Ezri Konsa is one of the best young defenders in the lower divisions in England, and the Charlton Athletic rising star should be on Rangers’ radar.

The 20-year-old is a regular for Charlton, and the Gers should not shy away from making a bid for the youngster.

Leaving League One football in England for Rangers in the Scottish Premiership would be a massive step up for Konsa, who would be a huge success at Ibrox.

Edward Nketiah of Arsenal celebrates with teammates Josh Dasilva and Reiss Nelson after scoring his sides third goal during the Premier League 2 match between West Ham United and Arsenal...

Eddie Nketiah (Arsenal, England)

Eddie Nketiah has made only a handful of appearances for the Arsenal first team, and the 19-year-old forward would struggle to play regularly for the Gunners next season.

A loan move away from the Emirates Stadium would be a good idea for the teenager, and Gerrard should make an approach.

According to Transfermarkt.com, the young forward scored 12 goals and provided two assists in 13 Premier League 2 appearances for Arsenal this past season.
