Tottenham Hotspur set to lose scout Paul Mitchell, with Leicester reportedly his next destination.

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed via their official website that head of recruitment Paul Mitchell has offered his resignation at the club.
While Mitchell will carry on until past the end of the transfer window, the Mirror report his heart is set on a role at Leicester City, which has become vacant after Everton tempted Steve Walsh away to become their director of football.
Here are three players Mitchell could attempt to bring from Tottenham to Leicester City in a future transfer window…
Tom Carroll
Tottenham’s Tom Carroll in action
Tom Carroll has found it hard to get regular football at Tottenham, and currently has Eric Dier, Victor Wanyama, Mousa Dembele, Dele Alli and Ryan Mason all in front of him.
A move to Leicester would be good for his career, and he could become a long term replacement for Danny Drinkwater in the Foxes’ midfield.
Dominic Ball
Rangers’ Dominic Ball celebrates at the end of the match
Dominic Ball impressed at Rangers on loan last season, but the younger Cameron Carter-Vickers is preferred by the Tottenham hierarchy as a breakthrough player at the club.
The young centre-back would be an ideal investment for Leicester, with Robert Huth and Wes Morgan both over 30.
Harry Winks

Young winger Harry Winks is one of the most talented young players in Tottenham’s academy, but that does not mean he will find it easy breaking into their first team.
Winks, 20, has trained regularly for the first team and if by time the next transfer window comes around he is no closer to establishing himself, he could become a target for Mitchell.
