David Moyes can make some interesting loan signings to bolster his West Ham squad in January.

David Moyes, Manager of Sunderland gives his team instructions during the Premier League match between Arsenal and Sunderland at Emirates Stadium on May 16, 2017 in London, England.

David Moyes has just been given a short-term contract at West Ham, but the Hammers board are likely to back him up with funds in January to sign players of his choice.

It is highly unlikely that West Ham will sanction big money deals for a short-term manager, and Moyes may have to use the loan market to bolster his squad.

Here are three players he can bring to West Ham on loan:

Jack Wilshere of Arsenal and Ederson of Manchester City embrace after the Premier League match between Manchester City and Arsenal at Etihad Stadium on November 5, 2017 in Manchester,...

Jack Wilshere – The England midfielder needs to move away from Arsenal to get regular games under his belt. A class player when fit, Wilshere will add strength and depth to the West Ham midfield.

Danny Ings – Daniel Sturridge would have been an ideal player for the Hammers, but Liverpool are unlikely to let him go.

Roberto Firmino is Jurgen Klopp’s first choice, but he has used Sturridge sparingly as well. Ings could be allowed to move on, and would be a brilliant signing for the Hammers.

Eliaquim Mangala – The French defender has played only 19 minutes of football under Pepe Guardiola this season. Clearly, he is surplus to requirements at the club. City will not mind sending him on loan in January.
