Leeds United’s goalkeeping situation has been far from satisfactory this season.

Leeds United signed two goalkeepers in the summer – but might need to add another.

Felix Wiedwald and Andy Lonergan have failed to convince, and the uncertainty and mistakes derailed the club’s season for a couple of months.

Here is a look at three goalkeepers they could bring to Elland Road next month…

Danny Ward

On loan at Huddersfield last season, Danny Ward has spent this campaign sat in the stands at Liverpool.

The Wales international is third choice at Anfield, and needs to get back to playing regularly.

Ward is a promotion winner and should be highly motivated to kick on, and Leeds should even consider trying to do a permanent deal.

Joel Robles

Joel Robles made his name at Wigan Athletic when he helped the Latics win the FA Cup in 2013.

Roberto Martinez took him to Everton in 2015, but the Spaniard has never really established himself as first choice.

He is back-up to Jordan Pickford and needs a move. Leeds should offer him the chance to get back on track.

Robert Green

Lets face it, leaving Leeds United was as much of a mistake for Rob Green as it was for the club themselves.

If he had just stuck around, he would have won his place back from Felix Wiedwald by now.

Instead he is a back-up goalkeeper at Huddersfield, often not even making the bench, and Leeds should try to bring him back on loan and undo the damage.
