Arouna Kone
Martinez is a known fan of Kone, having worked with him at both Wigan and Everton.
Hull are likely to need to strengthen their attack if they want to stay up, and Kone’s arrival would add competition for places up-front.
Joel Robles
Robles is another Martinez favourite, and it seems that he could be made available for transfer by Everton.
The Toffees have already signed Maarten Stekelenburg this summer, and they look set to sign a new first-choice goalkeeper.
Although Hull already have Allan McGregor in goal, Robles’ arrival would mean that the Scottish international was put under some pressure.
