Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Moussa Dembele from Celtic this summer.
A report from the Express last night suggested that the Gunners are lining up a move for Hoops striker Moussa Dembele, and despite the Frenchman’s obvious importance to Brendan Rodgers’ side, Arsenal’s interest in him could present Celtic with a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen their squad.
If, and only if, Rodgers does decide to sanction the 21-year-old’s exit from Parkhead, he should ask for some Arsenal players in return.
Here are there potential options for the Glasgow giants to consider…
Emiliano Martinez:

The Argentine would be a useful asset to the Hoops side. Craig Gordon has done little to impress over the past 12 months, and the acquisition of an established ‘keeper will surely feature highly on the Celtic manager’s wish-list.
Whilst the 24-year-old Gunners stopper has not had much of an opportunity to showcase his class at the Emirates, he has always performed admirably when called upon.
Standing at 6ft 4in tall, Martinez would offer a reassuring presence at the back for the Hoops, and his commanding nature could prove to be a huge asset to Rodgers’ team.
Carl Jenkinson:

The 25-year-old full-back’s days in north London seem to be numbered, and he would be a real asset to the Celtic squad, should they decide to bing him to Glasgow.
He has an abundance of energy and high stamina levels, which makes him perfectly suited to Brendan Rodgers highly intense style of play.
He would offer the Hoops a more attacking threat down the right side, what with his overlapping runs, and he would offer fantastic cover for Christian Gamboa, who faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines following the torn thigh muscle he sustained whilst on international duty.
Alex Iwobi:
The 21-year-old is rated highly by Arsene Wenger, but following Alexandre Lacazette’s arrival at Arsenal, the Frenchman might be tempted to sanction his exit on loan.
And what a signing he would be for the Hoops.
The Nigerian is wonderfully skilful, and his dribbling ability would provide Celtic with a totally different threat in forward areas.
The emphasis that Rodgers places on keeping the football on the ground would mean that Iwobi’s skills are developed further still at Parkhead, so Wenger might just view a loan move to Celtic as a positive move for the youngster.
