Everton completed a major coup on Monday night, securing the signing of Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez.
The Toffees landed Napoli midfielder Allan on Saturday, reuniting the Brazilian with his former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
That was seen as a coup; one which Ancelotti ultimately played a huge part in as the player wanted to work with the Italian again.
Everton repeated the trick on Monday, signing playmaker Rodriguez on a two-year deal with the option of a third.
The Colombian star worked with Ancelotti at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, and now joins Everton for £20million.
Rodriguez, 29, will always be known for lighting up the 2014 World Cup in Brazil with some scintillating displays, but he has lost his way a little.

He wasn’t exactly Zinedine Zidane’s favourite player at Real, and will now look to get his career back on track with Everton.
Rodriguez remains a huge name and a popular figure, and his former Bayern Munich teammate Thomas Muller took to Twitter to send him a message.
The pair played together at Bayern between 2017 and 2019, and Muller – fresh from winning the Champions League last month – took the time to wish him luck as he makes his first move to the Premier League.
