Thomas Meunier identified Everton as a possible move two months ago.

Paris Saint-Germain right-back Thomas Meunier has told The Players’ Tribune that he wants to win another Ligue 1 trophy with the French giants next season – just two months after claiming he could move to Everton.
The 26-year-old is currently preparing for this summer’s World Cup with Belgium, after a wonderful season under new Arsenal manager Unai Emery at PSG that saw him shine on the right side of the Ligue 1 Champions’ defence.
He scored five goals and added another seven assists in 34 games, but back in April he claimed that he could consider a move to Everton if the Merseyside club became interested in his services.

He told French outlet RTBF that: “I could aim at a club like Everton,” but now he has said in a long-winded column about his career with The Players’ Tribune that he is aiming for domestic success with PSG next season.
“Now, we have another child on the way. So this summer I’m hoping for a repeat: the French championship with PSG (that one is already in the locker), the World Cup with Belgium, and another child to make our lives even happier,” Meunier said.
“Optimistic? Perhaps. But I’m sure it will be another great year.”

Everton are well stocked in the right-back area, with Seamus Coleman considered the club’s first choice over Jonjoe Kenny and Cuco Martina.
Meunier, though, would be an excellent signing for most Premier League sides and he will look to show Everton fans just what they will be missing this summer as he prepares to face England at the World Cup in Group H.
