Leeds United head coach Thomas Christiansen has told BBC Radio Leeds that he is not concerned that his side have lost their last three Championship matches.

The West Yorkshire outfit are in a disappointing run of form at the moment after making a strong start to the 2017-18 campaign.

The Whites lost to Cardiff City and Sheffield Wednesday away from home in the Championship before the international break.

Then last Saturday afternoon, Leeds went down 1-0 to Reading at Elland Road in the Championship.

Three successive defeats have pushed the Whites down to sixth in the Championship table with 20 points from 12 matches.

Leeds head coach Christiansen, though, does not seem to be concerned.

“No, no,” Christiansen told BBC Radio Leeds when asked if he is concerned. “Of course, there’s a lot of things to improve.

“Of course, the pressure also on the players is there. We need to work, come out of the situation, and the best way is staying together and going in the same direction.”

The performances and results of Leeds in recent matches have been disappointing, and Christiansen needs to look into them.

While one can understand why the Leeds head coach (publicly) says that he is not concerned, he needs to get things right on the pitch in the coming weeks.
