Thomas Christiansen was appointed the Leeds United manager following the departure of Garry Monk, who is now in charge of Championship rivals Middlesbrough.
Christiansen was appointed the Leeds manager earlier this summer following the departure of Garry Monk, who is now in charge of Championship rivals Middlesbrough.
The 44-year-old has said that there is no immediate pressure from Radrizzani, but the former Spain international has admitted that things could change depending on the situation in the coming weeks and months.

“There’s no pressure,” Christiansen told talkSPORT regarding Radrizzani. “I know him – he’s a good guy.
“But he has to run his business, he has to keep this going and try to do the best and if he believes that the best is to sack the coach then he will do it.
“There’s no mercy, perhaps he will have a little bit more patience – it depends on the situation.”

Christiansen is a good manager, and the Spaniard could be the one to take Leeds back to the Premier League.
The West Yorkshire outfit have not featured in the top flight of English football since 2004, although they came close to finishing in the top six of the Championship last season.
The 44-year-old is new to Leeds, and the manager should be given time to settle into life in English football and to know the players.
If results are not good in the opening three or four matches, then Leeds fans should not panic and chairman Radrizzani must not sack him.
