Samu Saiz starred for Leeds United on Wednesday night.
Thomas Christiansen has told TV Yorkshire that Leeds United fans can expect a lot more from Wednesday night’s hero Samu Saiz.
The Spanish attacker enjoyed a dream debut as Saiz scored a hat-trick in Leeds’ 4-1 League Cup win over Port Vale at Elland Road, with some very well-taken finishes.

The 26-year-old, a summer signing from Huesca, could not have endeared himself to the Whites’ faithful better.
But Christiansen claims that is just a taste of what his new man is capable of.
Asked by TV Yorkshire if there was indeed to more to come, he said: “I believe so.
“It’s a player who enjoys having the ball. He has the quality, the intelligence and he’s a good finisher. But it’s not only about football – he also needs to work – but I’m pleased.”
It was Leeds’ first game at Elland Road and their second comes this weekend as Christiansen’s side host Preston North End.
United were one of the best teams in the Championship last season in regards to home form and that will be huge if the new head coach is to deliver a playoff spot this time around.
Leeds go into that one against the Lilywhites on the back of a hard-fought 3-2 win at Bolton on the weekend, making it seven goals in two matches in all competitions.
