Leeds United are closing in on making two new signings.
The YEP have confirmed that Samuel Saiz is set to sign for Leeds in the near future.
And Saiz’s arrival is expected to be followed by another player, as Christiansen looks to strengthen his squad considerably.
Christiansen said: “Somebody else is on the way. [Today] they make the medical test and we will see.”
The identity of Leeds’ new recruit is thought to be Ezgjan Alioski, who has been on the Whites’ radar for a considerable amount of time.
Leeds have already been very active since the appointment of Christiansen, with plenty of questions to be answered about their new arrivals.
Leeds have generally targeted players from abroad, and Christiansen will be hoping that his new recruits all settle quickly at Elland Road.
The Whites are under pressure to start the season well, as they look to challenge for a top six place.
Leeds kick their season off with a match against Bolton Wanderers at the Macron Stadium at the start of August.
