Leeds United won against Bristol City in the Championship at the weekend.

Cooper featured for Leeds in the Championship game against Bristol City away from home at the Ashton Gate Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The 26-year-old central defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the visiting team won 3-0.

The performance of the former Hull City and Chesterfield star, who can also operate as left-back, was very encouraging.
Cooper has established himself as a key player in the Leeds team and is playing regularly at the moment.
The former Scotland Under-19 international is also the club captain, and head coach Christiansen has spoken highly of him.

Christiansen told BBC Radio Leeds about Cooper after the match on Saturday: “Always it’s important that our centre-backs mark the team where we want to stand, where we have to press, and as captain he is important for the team, and he proved again today that he is a very good player for the team.”
The win against City at the weekend means that Leeds are now fourth in the Championship table with 23 points from 13 matches, six points behind leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers and four behind second-placed Cardiff City.
