Some Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Daniel Podence.
According to a report in The Mirror at the weekend, Celtic are interested in signing Podence from Wolves in the summer transfer window.
The report claimed that the Scottish Premiership giants want to sign the 24-year-old winger on a loan deal and have already made an enquiry.
The Portuguese winger joined Wolves from Olympiakos in the January transfer window and has not been playing regularly for the Premier League club.
However, Podence was in action for Nuno’s side on Sunday, as he played his part in the 3-0 win against Everton at the Molineux Stadium.
According to WhoScored, the winger took three shots of which two were on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 74.2%, took 48 touches, attempted four dribbles, and put in two crosses.
Following the match, Wolves manager Nuno raved about the winger, and told The Birmingham Mail: “I think he played good. Daniel is a talented player. Today he was able to help the team.
“He arrived late, everybody knows. He was getting his moments, getting ready. It’s all about that, trying to use the players in the right moments so we can take advantage.”

Some Celtic fans have given their take on speculation regarding Podence and were impressed with his performance for Wolves at the weekend.
