Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after West Ham tweeted something quite controversial among the Anfield faithful.
The Hammers posted a tweet asking their followers to name a better full-back duo than Aaron Cresswell and Vladimír Coufal in the Premier League.
Now, you can start to see why the Liverpool fans got involved.
The Reds possess two exquisite full-backs in Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson.
In our view, the pair are the best in Europe, let alone the Premier League.
In fairness, Coufal and Cresswell have been fantastic this season.
The Czech Republic international recorded seven assists in 34 Premier League appearances.
In Cresswell’s case, the England international provided eight assists in 36 Premier League outings.

Cresswell’s tally was actually one more than Alexander-Arnold and Robertson could muster up individually.
Liverpool’s No.66 registered seven assists, but did, however, score two goals.
In Robertson’s case, he also set seven goals up, and scored once.
Alexander-Arnold and Robertson lead the way
It speaks volumes that Liverpool have had an underwhelming season, in which Alexander-Arnold and Robertson haven’t been at their best, but they’re still among the most productive full-backs regardless.
When Jürgen Klopp’s men are on form, we’ve seen just how much better the Reds’ full-backs can be.
In last season’s title winning campaign, Robertson scored twice and assisted 12 goals.

Alexander-Arnold scored four and assisted a jaw-dropping 13 goals.
As good as Coufal and Cresswell have been, there isn’t a full-back pairing on the planet who are as effective as the Liverpool duo.
Let’s see what the Liverpool fans on Twitter have been saying about West Ham’s tweet…
