Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after Hertha Berlin posted a tweet about Mattéo Guendouzi earlier today.

The tweet in question revealed that the 22-year-old is Hertha Berlin’s most successful passer of the ball this season.

So far this term, Guendouzi has recorded a passing accuracy of 87.8% for the Bundesliga outfit.

No player has registered better than that for Hertha Berlin this season.

Understandably, this is music to the Arsenal supporters’ ears.

Some Arsenal fans believe that Mikel Arteta treated the Frenchman poorly, and was too quick to offload him after a spell of ill-discipline.

Guendouzi got on the Spaniard’s bad side after a 2-1 defeat to Brighton in June, in which he allegedly taunted the opponents for what they earned.

That was according to the Daily Mail.

He was also seen grabbing Neal Maupay by the neck.

Despite that, he still has fans at the Emirates Stadium, as seen below.

They seem delighted that he’s delivering some impressive displays over in the Bundesliga.

Whether Guendouzi has a future under Arteta remains to be seen.

It will be up to the Poissy-born maestro to impress the Spaniard when he returns to north London for pre-season.

For now, let’s see how the Arsenal fans reacted to Hertha Berlin’s tweet…
