Some Aston Villa fans on social media have been going crazy over Aaron Ramsey after his incredible showing for the club’s U18 side on Wednesday evening.

Villa’s U18 outfit was in FA Youth Cup action, and they steamrolled past Brighton, winning 3-0, with Ramsey grabbing a brace.

The 18-year-old has been lighting Villa’s U23 side up this term, netting eight goals in 15 PL2 games, so it’s no surprise to see him absolutely dominating a game at U18 level.

The attacking midfielder has long been highlighted as a potential future star at Villa Park, and judging by fans’ reactions to his performance on Wednesday, he’s seen as the next big thing amongst the fanbase.

Ramsey’s brother Jacob is already making waves in the first-team, and it may not be long before the siblings are lining up together for Dean Smith’s side.

This teenage talent is certainly catching the eye at youth level, and he’s a player to look out for in years to come.

Here’s what the Villa Park faithful have been saying about Ramsey on social media…
