Some Tottenham Hotspur fans online have been reacting after it was reported that they’re eyeing up a move for Simeon Nwankwo, also known as Simy.
The Nigerian striker is an interesting target for Spurs, the north London outfit of course need a new striker, and while the 6 ft 6 forward has previously admitted that he isn’t the best technically, he’s a good source of goals.
Indeed, he netted 20 in Serie A last term with only Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku and Luis Muriel outscoring him in Italy.
As you can imagine, the idea of signing a 20-goal striker excited the fanbase, and they took to social media to have their say.
Fans are seemingly keen to see Simy brought in, and it has to be said that this would be a good move from Fabio Paratici to sign such a brilliant goalscorer despite the fact he isn’t exactly a household name.
