Some Tottenham fans on social media are over the moon after reports emerged linking them with a move for Joaquin Correa.
The Lazio forward is reportedly on Tottenham’s radar, and as you can imagine, these links sparked something of a reaction amongst the fanbase.
The Argentine is currently on international duty with Argentine at the Copa America, and Tottenham will certainly have an eye on how he’s getting on in South America.
The fact that Correa has been called up for the Argentina squad shows just how talented he is, and Spurs fans are hoping that they can get this deal over the line.
The 26-year-old is certainly a talented player, having starred for Lazio for the past three seasons, and after the arrival of Fabio Paratici, it seems as though Spurs could do some of their shopping in Serie A.
Whether or not this move comes to fruition remains to be seen, but it seems as though Tottenham fans want Paratici to pull this one off.
