Sheffield Wednesday travel to Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday.

Sheffield Wednesday’s short stint in the Championship’s top six may have been brought to an end by MIddlesbrough, but the Owls could climb back to as high as fifth position with a win at Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday.
With a trip to Birmingham City to follow on Saturday, changes can perhaps be expected of Jos Luhukay’s Wednesday at Loftus Road.
But with the Dutchman still without a succession of first team players – including Sam Winnall, who encountered a hamstring problem during Saturday’s Under-23 success at Hull – his options are scarcer than they could have been.
Ash Baker, Daniel Pudil, Josh Onomah and Atdhe Nuhiu are perhaps the most likely candidates for first eleven reintroduction, while Morgan Fox and youngsters Connor Kirby and Fraser Preston should also be available.

Matt Penney, Liam Palmer and Steven Fletcher could all be rested by Luhukay, while Lucas Joao’s ineffective display against Boro could see the striker returned to the bench – from which his best form usually arrives for Sheffield Wednesday.
