Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Folarin Balogun cooling down after the match against Everton.

Balogun was not part of the Arsenal matchday squad for the Premier League game against Everton on Friday evening.

The 19-year-old striker was at the Emirates Stadium, and after the game, he was pictured cooling down.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta did not include the England Under-20 international in his matchday squad.

Some Arsenal fans have given their take on Arteta’s decision regarding Balogun, and below are some of the best comments on Twitter.

Eddie Nketiah started the match for Arsenal, as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette were unavailable.

Arteta could have found space on the substitutes’ bench for Balogun. Perhaps the Spaniard could have taken a defender off the matchday squad.

It will be interesting to see if the teenager is in the squad against Villarreal in the Europa League next week.

According to WhoScored, the youngster has scored two goals and provided one assist in five substitute appearances in the Europa League for Arsenal this season.
