Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after Football London’s Alasdair Gold provided an update on Gareth Bale’s situation.
Football London’s Tottenham correspondent tweeted some words from Jose Mourinho on the 87-cap Wales international.
According to the ex-Chelsea boss, Bale had “some feelings he was not happy with” after yesterday’s training session at Hotspur Way.
Gold adds that the on-loan Real Madrid forward will be working with the sports science staff back at the club.
Now, this is a very vague update, in truth.

We have no idea whether Bale’s discomfort comes as a result of a physical problem, or from an issue he may have mentally.
After all, the 31-year-old has come back to where he was adored, hasn’t been able to reunite with supporters, and also isn’t getting any game-time.
It must be a difficult period for Bale, and hopefully the sports science staff can help him with these ‘feelings’ he isn’t happy with.

Tottenham’s No.9 has only started two Premier League games since returning to north London in the summer.
It’s very sad to see a club icon fade away like this – we’d love to see him get back to his swashbuckling ways of old.
Let’s see what the Tottenham fans on Twitter have been saying about Gold’s tweet…
