Arsenal received a bit of bad news about Thomas Partey today.
The Gunners revealed that a hamstring injury will keep the Ghanaian powerhouse out of Sunday’s visit of Leeds United in the Premier League.
But Football London claim that the 27-year-old will be sidelined for two weeks following the issue he picked up in the defeat by Aston Villa last week.
It’s been a stop-start season for Partey since joining Arsenal from Atletico Madrid in October, for £45 million.
This is his third injury already and suffice to say that some fans of the Emirates Stadium club are fuming on Twitter:

Football London also added that he is likely to miss the Europa League clash with Benfica a little later this month.
That competition represents Arsenal’s only chance of winning a trophy this season and without Partey, you do fear for Mikel Arteta’s side if teams like Aston Villa and Wolves have been beating them.
