Thierry Henry responds when asked: Who’ll finish higher – Everton or Watford?

Everton are currently four points behind Watford in the Premier League standings.

Thierry Henry has told Monday Night Football, which was broadcast on Sky Sports on 26th September, that he still believes Everton will finish above Watford this season.

Everton and Watford have experienced very differing starts to the campaign, with Ronald Koeman’s side struggling and Marco Silva’s men flying.

However, Henry believes that the Premier League table is slightly false at the moment, and he expects the Toffees to climb up the standings before the end of the campaign.

“I still think Everton will be above Watford,” the Arsenal legend said.

Everton are currently four points behind Watford in the Premier League standings, but the mood around both camps is hugely contrasting.

Watford fans are in buoyant mood, with their side surpassing expectations at the start of the season, but there is a great deal of frustration around Goodison Park.

Everton and Watford both managed to win their respective matches last weekend, against Bournemouth and Swansea City.

Everton’s next Premier League contest comes against Burnley at the weekend, while Watford are due to face West Bromwich Albion.
