Sky Sports pundit, Thierry Henry, says that it will be difficult for Arsenal to break into the Premier League top four this season.
Arsenal are fifth in the Premier League with 54 points, four points behind Manchester City, although they have played a game less.
Henry says that usually Arsenal finish in a strong way but this time it looks difficult for them to bridge the gap.
The former Arsenal striker and club legend has also ruled out Manchester United in the race for top four. He has predicted for SkySports.com that Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, and Liverpool will make the top four cut in the Premier League.
“Arsenal usually finish in a strong way and the top four still have to play each other, but it’s difficult to see Arsenal making it,” said Henry to Sky Sports.
“It is a massive gap now to finish in the top four. I will say in comparison to how they played against West Brom, it was a massive improvement against Man City.”
Chelsea are firm favourites to lift the Premier League. Antonio Conte’s men are leading the league, seven points ahead of Tottenham.
Spurs have shown great fighting spirit throughout the season, and are likely to take the title challenge to the wire.
Liverpool lead Manchester City by two points, but the Citizens have a game in hand. Interestingly, both Liverpool and Man City have been inconsistent with their form, but with no European games to concentrate on they should aim to consolidate their current positions.
Manchester United still have an outside chance of making it to the Champions League next season, if they win the Europa League.
