The Reds haven’t got a match now until the trip to Arsenal in two weeks due to the international break.
But there’s no rest for the wicked and Klopp put his side through their paces at The Axa Training Centre on Saturday afternoon.
With a Champions League tie with Real Madrid to come next month, along with a five-point deficit to fourth-placed Chelsea to make up, Liverpool have a season-defining few weeks ahead.
There were a lot of smiles on show in training yesterday – particularly among Thiago Alcantara, who claimed that he is ‘always’ smiling.
