Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has told Football London that Giovani Lo Celso and Japhet Tanganga won’t feature against West Ham United on Sunday.
Lo Celso and Tanganga are both nursing injuries, which means that they are sidelined.
And while Mourinho is hoping that neither are severe problems, he says that the duo won’t feature at the weekend.
“No they’re both out injured. It’s the hamstring [for Lo Celso]. Hopefully not too long,” Mourinho said.
Tanganga would have been unlikely to start for Tottenham even if he had been fit.
However, Lo Celso’s absence is a real blow to Mourinho’s side, as he surely would have been picked.

The Argentine is one of Tottenham’s most creative options in central midfield, and he has been a consistently top performer since Mourinho took charge.
In Lo Celso’s absence it seems likely that Tanguy Ndombele will continue to start, as Mourinho looks to ensure that his side still have the creativity required to break down West Ham.
