Speaking to JOE, Danny Rose has been discussing Tottenham Hotspur and where he thinks his former club will finish this season.
Spurs are currently fifth in the Premier League and it’s fair to say that things aren’t looking up for the north London club.
A win against Manchester City a fortnight ago aside, Spurs have been in torrid form as of late, but Rose is of the opinion that Antonio Conte’s side can turn things around, stating that he expects the north London club to leapfrog Newcastle and finish fourth.

Rose says Spurs will finish fourth
The left-back spoke about his former club.
“The run that they had towards the end of last season under Conte finishing fourth and the run they had until November time this season. They just need to get through this blip and finish well in the last three months. I see them catching Newcastle. They’ll finish fourth and qualifying again for the Champions League,” Rose said.
Things need to change
Spurs are, of course, in with a shout of finishing fourth, but if they are to do so things need to change very quickly.
Tottenham just look lost on the pitch at the moment, and injuries to key midfielders won’t help their cause either.
Of course, it only takes a game or two to completely change the feeling around a club, but that spark has just failed to ignite in recent weeks.
Antonio Conte is a more than capable manager – as we saw last season, but he’ll have to work a bit of magic if he’s to get Spurs into the Champions League next term.
